Telepathy

A ccording to my personal experience, meditation is the most reliable basis for entering into the training (or re-awakening) of telepathic abilities. The reason for this lies in the nature of the human mind. Due to the multidimensionality of all living beings there are "spiritual bonds" between the individuals of a species. These carrier waves of cosmic conscious energies are mentioned in almost all more common mythological writings of the peoples and generations of planet Earth.

Especially in the last century those mythological views experienced a renaissance and confirmation by the research approaches of for example C.G. Jung, who among other things coined and researched the term "collective unconscious" and saw the seat of memory (both individual and collective - i.e. the memory of the human species) manifested in the blood of every individual. This idea - blood as the storage medium of the collective knowledge of a species - has been familiar to rabbis, for example, since the beginning of the interpretation of their writing. The ancient peoples in particular approached the cosmic dimension of human existence in a holistic - that is, holistic - way. Thus, Gnostic influences of Greek antiquity regarding the image of man reflected those thoughts of the Hindu influenced ancient Indian mythology. Those Greek influences, which in turn have their origins in much older times, also caused the modern view of western science to divide man into body, mind and soul and to see these three areas as mutually connected. An expression of this "modern" thinking can be found for example in psychosomatic medicine (Greek psyche = soul, soma = body, body). From the Egyptian pharaonic period this division of the existence of "higher" order beings is known and handed down as Mer-Ka-Ba.

Towards the end of the last century, the British natural scientist and biologist Rupert Sheldrake formulated his suggestions for approximating the nature of the human mind - with reference to mythological descriptions and ideas and probably also with knowledge of Jung's writings, as "morphic resonance". Sheldrake explains that each individual of a species has subconscious access to the collective memory of the group consciousness, and in this way behaviour beneficial to the species is manifested in the group (starting from the individual). The characteristics of "networking" within a species are universal and thus do not only apply to human existence. What does all this have to do with telepathy?

A lot. So if the basic possibility of the connectedness of all members of a species is and has always been known in the handed-down history, the question arises why the current public is scarcely or not at all informed about this possibility. After all, the clarification of this matter is not a question of exclusively academic interest, but rather the basis of a fundamentally different understanding of humanity than that which is currently postulated. If the people of this planet were to develop their naturally given and existing abilities for telepathy, there would inevitably be a restructuring of human societies on this beautiful planet. And this idea probably does not appeal to anybody who belongs to the ruling class and sees his goal in gaining the greatest possible profits. A rethink is therefore necessary - and groundbreaking upheavals have come and come directly from the people since time immemorial. As a practical method for the individual development of telepathic abilities, I recommend putting the body comfortably (preferably on a bed or couch) in a resting position. It is not necessary to assume a special position of the limbs - the individual comfort alone is decisive for the exercise. Calming music, which is perceived as personally pleasant, is advisable, depending on your personal preference. The comfortable posture will quickly bring the brain into an alpha state (an EEG can be used to confirm the increase and higher intensity of alpha waves, i.e. waves adapted to the resting structure of the brain). The human being is in a state between sleep and wakefulness. Through constant repetition (in the mind) of a mantra, such as "Om mani padme hum", the two conscious thought channels are occupied.

Note: Those who train their mind will find - by observing their own flow of thoughts - that thinking allows TWO parallel thought channels. In addition to these flows of thoughts - which originate in the consciousness - images, sounds and other sensations may be perceived by the practitioner. This circumstance is "normal". The experience is usually made when the brain - previously kept unobserved for a long time - is dedicated to "concentration in unfocusedness".

Now, depending on the progress of the exercise (don't worry, no master has fallen from the sky yet - practice makes perfect), one may notice that, in addition to the consciously formulated thoughts, others appear in the mind which apparently do not belong there and which may sound strange at times. These thoughts (words) that appear in the mind (consciousness) are thoughts and manifestations of others that have just and immediately been "received". This confirms the networking of one's own mind with that of others. With advanced practice it is then possible to "tune in" to desired and specific frequencies.

May the exercise be successful and its results be visible and perceptible for everyone. Everyone who faces the truth of telepathic communication will be rewarded.
